In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will work closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties, including check-in/check-out processes, guest communication, and property maintenance.
  • Ensure that all properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest arrivals.
  • Work closely with our team to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Manage and coordinate with local vendors, including cleaning services, laundry, and other support staff.
  • Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and take appropriate action to address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, property usage, and financial transactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the short-term rental market.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Airbnb operations, hospitality, or property management.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple properties and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as well as local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business and our guests.
  • Passionate about travel, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
