📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Manage and train staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
• Collaborate with the regional office to ensure alignment with global operational standards
• Utilize data analytics tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement operational plans to drive efficiency and productivity
• Ensure all operations are in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and various POS systems
• Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma is a plus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
