• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer service.
• Provide excellent customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Work closely with our hotel partners to ensure their needs are met and their feedback is addressed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer service tools.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
