📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain industrial boilers and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor boiler systems using advanced monitoring tools and software, such as Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7 and Honeywell Experion.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve boiler-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and production delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of boiler operations with overall manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve boiler operations.
• Participate in shift work as required to ensure around-the-clock coverage of boiler operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Boilerman or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven track record of maintaining and troubleshooting industrial boilers and related equipment.
• Familiarity with boiler monitoring tools and software, such as Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7 and Honeywell Experion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Valid certification as a Boilerman or equivalent, such as the National Boiler Certificate (NBC) or similar.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to boiler operations.
• Willingness to work shift-based schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
