📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, leveraging Agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to senior leaders and teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable results and ROI.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant innovations into our transformation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Represent PT Inovasi Digital Bangka at industry conferences and events, sharing insights and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, or Lean) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, including SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
