📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all facility equipment and systems.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor and maintain energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
• Document all maintenance activities and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Participate in facility improvement projects and upgrades.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Certification in relevant maintenance or safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
• Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., SAP, IBM Maximo).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
