• Lead and manage international and domestic logistics operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, transportation coordination, and supplier relations to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize SAP and JDE for real-time data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics processes with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including international trade laws and local distribution requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record in international and domestic logistics operations.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and local distribution requirements.
• Proficient in using SAP and JDE for logistics management and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
