📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the IT department, overseeing all aspects of IT operations and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategic IT plans to align with business objectives and drive technological innovation.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, including data protection and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address IT needs and challenges.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and recommend appropriate solutions for implementation.
• Monitor and optimize IT performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leading IT teams and driving technological initiatives.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and cloud technologies.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in complex situations.
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment, preferably in Bali or a similar setting.
