📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong customer relationships in Kabupaten Bengkayang.
Promote and sell XLSmart products effectively through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Participate in company promotions, events, and campaigns to boost sales.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, promotion, or field activities, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with the retail industry and consumer behavior is a plus.
Ability to travel extensively within Kabupaten Bengkayang and nearby areas.
