As a Front Office Staff at Indonesia Surfaris, you’ll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll use our proprietary booking system, BaliReserve, to manage reservations and ensure smooth check-ins. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Manage and update reservations using BaliReserve system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with front desk operations, including key card management and room assignments.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for group bookings.
- Stay updated on local tourism trends and industry best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in using BaliReserve or similar reservation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
