📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and concerns.
- Lead training and development programs for employees.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
