📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction and maintenance projects.,Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Managing a team of site workers and ensuring their safety and productivity.,Inspecting sites regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing regular progress reports to senior management.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to travel to project sites as required.
