📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of restaurant operations with overall store objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
