📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees.,Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop appropriate training solutions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they meet performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer in a corporate or educational setting.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
