📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety and environmental standards.,Manage and optimize fleet routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.,Generate and analyze fleet performance reports to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure all fleet documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.,Train and mentor junior staff on fleet management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and knowledge of vehicle safety regulations.
