📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.,Identify and address any operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve processes and outcomes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
