📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and supervising the design and construction of civil engineering projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules.
  • Conducting site inspections and quality control measures.
  • Managing and mentoring junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Providing technical advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improving processes and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PE, M.Eng, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
