📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both internally and externally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Manage and lead the business development team.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of business activities.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the digital industry and emerging technologies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
