PRIMA Lestari is looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to logistics and supply chain management.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics processes and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
