Oversee the daily operations and management of the preschool, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for all students.Develop and implement educational programs and activities that align with early childhood development standards.Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.Collaborate with parents and community stakeholders to build strong partnerships and foster a positive school culture.Monitor and evaluate student progress, and implement strategies to address individual needs and support overall development.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and school policies.Manage the preschool's budget and resources, ensuring financial sustainability and effectiveness.Represent the school at community events and functions, promoting the school's mission and values.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in preschool education, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing a preschool setting.Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and community stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills.Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all students.Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.🛠️ Keahlian
