📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage a team of logistics coordinators and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage and maintain logistics inventory and ensure accurate records are kept.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics management principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and tools.
