📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Develop and implement internal audit policies and procedures.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.,Lead a team of auditors and provide guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to address audit issues and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
