BRIO Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by greeting customers, providing product information, and processing transactions.,Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with inventory management.,Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and find appropriate solutions.,Assist in stock taking and inventory management tasks.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Assist in the preparation of reports and records related to sales and cash handling.,Follow all company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
