📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Coordinate with management to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
