📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of drivers and passengers.,Track and analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance history, and incident reports.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers, and provide ongoing support and guidance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company's logistics and transportation services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
