As Direktur Pengembangan Perkotaan, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of urban infrastructure, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and fostering community engagement. You will work closely with local government agencies, developers, and stakeholders to implement projects that enhance the quality of life in Bangka Belitung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement urban development strategies aligned with national and international best practices.
• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of urban infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Foster strong relationships with local government agencies, developers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential challenges.
• Represent PT Bangka Belitung Urban Development at industry conferences and events.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the urban development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban development, with a proven track record in project management.
• Certification in urban planning or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of urban development software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and GIS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of local regulations and policies in Bangka Belitung.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
