📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to support the company's overall training and development goals.,Provide feedback and guidance to employees on their performance and development.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development roles.,Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for training sessions and workshops as required.
