PT Dinamika Maju is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. This role is crucial in supporting the Training and Development Department in delivering effective training programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to the company's overall growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a learning culture within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with trainers and employees to ensure effective delivery of training sessions.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Support the Training and Development Manager in managing the training budget and resources.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and gaps.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
