As a Deputy Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process, ensuring timely and efficient procurement activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and documents.,Support the procurement manager in preparing and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
