📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Participate in HR projects and tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Detail-oriented and organized with strong administrative skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
