📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing employee data, maintaining HR files, and preparing reports.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing orientation programs and preparing necessary documents.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of company newsletters, internal communications, and other HR-related materials.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
