📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write and edit user manuals, guides, and other technical documents,Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand,Review and provide feedback on technical documentation written by other team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and templates,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Understanding of coffee industry standards and regulations,Experience in writing for a global audience
