📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of spa therapists to deliver exceptional wellness experiences.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Maintain and manage the spa's inventory and budget.,Promote and upsell spa services to guests.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of spa services and guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a related field.,Proven track record in managing a team of spa therapists.,Strong knowledge of wellness and spa services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with spa management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.,Certification in spa therapy or a related field is a plus.
