Pro Shop Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, training, or a related field, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and provide feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Indonesian language proficiency (written and spoken).
