Manage and develop sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to team members.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
