📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene.,Manage a team of line cooks, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain high standards.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Line Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team of line cooks.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's certificate.
