NEXA Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sleman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately managed and distributed. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels and manage orders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and productivity.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.,Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in warehouse environments.,Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote work.
