📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the store operations and ensuring smooth daily activities.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked inventory.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance team performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and financial statements.,Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with fashion retail industry is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
