In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient checkout processes, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
  • Manage cash and other forms of payment
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Report any issues or concerns to the store manager
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays
