IRIS Abadi is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Procurement Staff to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports.
• Support the Procurement Manager in any other duties as required.
• Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
