📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial support to other departments as needed,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial filings,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
